If you are having difficulties with your computer, software, email, or other Technology problems, follow the information below to submit a work order for your Campus Technology Specialist. If this is the first time you are submitting a work order through the web site please follow the steps below.
To access the system, simply go to HELP!
Click on “Technology Work Order”
Type in your username and password.
This will be the same as you use to login into your email without the @ccisd.com.
Click on the green “New Ticket” button located on the top right side of the page
Complete the subject line and then use the “Ticket Detail” box to describe the type of issue you are currently having
Use the “Select Category” dropdown menu to select the campus where the device is located
Enter the room number or location into the Room/Location box
Problem Type box you will select the type of issue using the drop down menu
