Technology Work Orders

If you are having difficulties with your computer, software, email, or other Technology problems, follow the information below to submit a work order for your Campus Technology Specialist. If this is the first time you are submitting a work order through the web site please follow the steps below. 

To access the system, simply go to HELP!

  • Click on “Technology Work Order”

  • Type in your username and password.

    • This will be the same as you use to login into your email without the @ccisd.com.

  • Click on the green “New Ticket” button located on the top right side of the page

  • Complete the subject line and then use the “Ticket Detail” box to describe the type of issue you are currently having

  • Use the “Select Category” dropdown menu to select the campus where the device is located

  • Enter the room number or location into the Room/Location box

  • Problem Type box you will select the type of issue using the drop down menu
